The practitioner behind the practice

I'm Priyanka — an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, women's health advocate, and lifelong student of the body-mind connection.

My path to Ayurveda wasn't linear — but looking back, it was always there. My mother wove ancient rhythms into our everyday life without ever calling it a practice. My father, a chemical engineer, was skeptical of parts of western medicine. Between the two of them, I grew up understanding that the body holds more intelligence than we give it credit for.

I spent years in the corporate world at Fortune 50 companies — and everywhere I looked, people were disconnected from their bodies, going through the motions, unwell despite having access to everything. I wanted to be part of changing that.

Ayurveda gave me the answer I was looking for. It's not about doing more. It's about aligning with your nature — your dosha, your season, your life stage — so that health becomes your natural state, not something you chase.

One of the world's oldest systems of medicine

Ayurveda originated in the Indian subcontinent over 5,000 years ago, rooted in the Vedic tradition. It was not invented — it was observed. Generations of rishis (sages) studied the natural world, the human body, and the nature of consciousness, transmitting their findings through texts like the Charaka Samhita and Sushruta Samhita, which remain foundational references to this day.

At its core, Ayurveda holds that every person has a unique constitution — a prakriti — and that health is not a universal standard but a deeply personal state of balance. The science of Ayurveda is the science of knowing your own nature, and living in alignment with it.

How I approach healing

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. That's not Ayurveda, and it's not how the body actually works. What I believe is that every woman already has the intelligence she needs to be well — she's just been conditioned to ignore it.

My work is about rebuilding that relationship. We use Ayurveda as a lens — to understand your constitution, read your symptoms as signals, and design a life that works with your nature rather than against it.

I draw heavily on the connection between emotions and the body, the relationship between the gut and the mind, and the way our modern environment disrupts ancient biological rhythms. When you understand these connections, everything clicks — your symptoms make sense, your patterns make sense, and for the first time, so does the path forward.

Root-Cause Thinking

Symptoms are messages. We look for the underlying pattern, not the quick fix.

Embodied Knowledge

Your body knows things your mind doesn't. We learn to listen to it.

Ancient + Modern

Classical Ayurvedic frameworks, grounded in current science and real life.

Practical Protocols

No unrealistic overhauls. Changes that actually fit your life — and stick.
